Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements and user stories.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling using UML or flowcharts.
- Perform gap analysis to recommend solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Partner with development teams to ensure the accurate implementation of solutions and systems.
- Create and maintain detailed business process documentation, system specifications, and training materials.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and regular status meetings.
- Monitor project milestones and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early in the lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or IT environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
