- Create and maintain dashboards using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate needs into technical specs
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot system anomalies
- Support weekend sprint planning and release coordination
- Document business rules and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred
