Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise server/network systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Execute system backups, updates, and security protocols with zero downtime
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues for international clients
- Document incident reports and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with on-call engineers during critical outages
- Perform system performance optimization and capacity planning
- Train junior staff on night shift procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years enterprise IT operations experience
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong analytical skills with ability to multitask under pressure
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, etc.)
- Excellent written communication for documentation
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
