Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including scope definition, timeline creation, and resource allocation
- Coordination of cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and QA during night shift operations
- Proactive risk mitigation and issue resolution using Agile methodologies
- Stakeholder communication through daily stand-ups and weekly progress reporting
- Budget monitoring and financial forecasting for assigned projects
- Quality assurance oversight and compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Post-project analysis and documentation of lessons learned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift or remote environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Proven track record delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong stakeholder management experience across C-suite and technical teams
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, fast-paced nocturnal work settings
