Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities for federal agencies

- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with federal government projects
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Active Secret security clearance required
