Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Analyze data trends using SQL, Excel, and visualization tools to identify growth opportunities
- Create detailed user stories and process documentation for development teams
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new business solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance reports for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams on project goals
- Continuously improve business processes using Agile and Scrum methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic SQL knowledge
