Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth interviews with stakeholders to identify business needs, document functional requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate insights to leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact between IT, product management, and external clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Project Support: Assist in the execution of Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
