Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements
- Create detailed documentation including process flows and user stories
- Develop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Manage cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies
- Ensure solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years as Business Analyst in tech or finance sector
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
