Responsibilities
- Assist in Gathering Requirements: Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and document functional requirements for software development projects.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends and create clear, actionable reports for management.
- Process Improvement: Participate in process mapping and workflow analysis to help optimize operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units, ensuring clear understanding of project goals.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including user stories, business process diagrams, and test plans.
- Support Agile Methodologies: Collaborate with scrum teams to support sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic knowledge of SQL or databases is a plus.
