Responsibilities

- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Analyze data trends using Excel, SQL, and Tableau to identify improvement opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align project objectives with business goals
- Develop process flow diagrams and wireframes for system enhancements
- Track project progress using Jira and Confluence documentation tools
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
