Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create and maintain clear, concise documentation including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new solutions.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help ensure deliverables meet business needs.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Support the QA team by identifying potential issues in system logic and user workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced functions in Excel.
- Basic understanding of database concepts or SQL is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies quickly.
