Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business requirements gathering and documentation

- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for agile sprints

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and JIRA
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PBA)
