- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops

- Assist in developing test cases and participate in user acceptance testing
- Generate reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to support decision-making
- Facilitate meetings and document meeting minutes with clear action items
- Support project management by tracking progress and identifying potential roadblocks
- Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and documentation standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
