Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to identify business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements and user stories.
- Process Modeling: Create process maps, flowcharts, and wireframes to visualize business processes and system workflows.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within existing systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications, test plans, and project status reports.
- Agile Support: Collaborate with development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure successful software delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Strong knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and process modeling software.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical business solutions.
