Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives.
- Analyze complex business processes and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and maintain detailed business requirements documents (BRD), use cases, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, including developers and QA engineers, to ensure accurate implementation of solutions.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support the deployment of new systems and features.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to track project progress and business impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business language.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
