Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify business needs, gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
- Process Modeling: Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and use-case diagrams to visualize current and future state processes.
- Documentation: Write comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) and technical specifications to guide development teams.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, derive insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between technical teams, management, and clients to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
- Project Support: Assist in project planning, timeline management, and risk assessment throughout the SDLC.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Methodology: Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar requirement management tools is highly preferred.
