Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder workshops to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and process inefficiencies
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Create process flows, wireframes, and visual documentation for technical teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and deliverables
- Implement QA protocols to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) a plus
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven track record of delivering projects on deadline and within budget
