Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops and document processes using BPMN and UML
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage project artifacts in Jira and Confluence for agile development teams
- Perform gap analysis and create detailed business cases for system enhancements
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Experience documenting requirements in agile and waterfall methodologies
- Demonstrated success leading stakeholder workshops across departments
