Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and processes.
- Translate complex business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and system requirements documents.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current business processes and desired outcomes.
- Design and validate test scenarios, user acceptance criteria (UAT), and defect reports.
- Create clear, professional documentation, including process flows, data models, and UI wireframes.
- Monitor project milestones and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the development lifecycle.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and manage expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
