Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Document detailed requirements using UML, flowcharts, and user stories
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project scope and deliverables
- Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure business performance
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with SaaS or fintech
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
