Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for software development and system upgrades.
- Translate complex business needs into functional user stories and technical specifications for the development team.
- Conduct gap analyses between current processes and desired future states to recommend process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables, providing regular status reports to management.
- Perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify trends.
- Maintain and update relevant business process documentation and flowcharts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
