Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for software development and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to translate complex business needs into functional technical specifications.
- Design and maintain business process models, flowcharts, and use cases using industry-standard tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams (developers, QA) and non-technical business stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization, presenting actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
