Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and define project scope.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Map current and future business processes using flowcharts, process maps, and UML diagrams.
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, and Management, to ensure project alignment.
- Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support the deployment of new systems and processes.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks early in the lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
