Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Lead data analysis initiatives using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Manage project timelines and deliverables using Agile methodologies
- Mentor junior analysts and continuously improve team processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Experience in healthcare or financial services industry preferred
