Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for enterprise software implementations
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and validate solutions
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL and Power BI
- Manage JIRA backlogs and coordinate Agile/Scrum development cycles
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process optimization strategies
- Maintain traceability matrices and documentation repositories
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expertise in requirements elicitation and use case modeling
- Advanced SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM preferred)
- Strong experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Proven ability to manage competing stakeholder priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
