Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex projects specifically scheduled for the night shift window.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Operations) to ensure seamless deployment cycles and minimal downtime.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to mitigate risks proactively before they impact the business day.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders reporting during US business hours, translating technical progress effectively.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings for the night cohort to maintain team velocity.
- Ensure all documentation, tickets, and logs are updated in real-time within our project management tools.
- Conduct post-mortem reviews to identify process improvements for future night operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Project Management, preferably within a tech, software, or IT services environment.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
- Ability to work independently during night hours with high accountability and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical progress for non-technical stakeholders.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to commute to the San Francisco office.
