Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles from planning to closure for weekend-based initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Track project metrics using Jira and Asana to maintain quality standards
- Manage weekend resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate weekend stakeholder communications and status updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience with weekend/holiday shift exposure
- PMP or CSM certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication skills for remote weekend collaboration
- Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
