Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze complex business requirements and processes.
- Design and maintain detailed process maps, user stories, and functional specifications using industry-standard tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Conduct thorough gap analysis between current state operations and future state goals to recommend process improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather requirements from cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and sales.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (advanced functions), and Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Experience with requirements gathering frameworks and documentation standards (e.g., IEEE, BABOK).
