Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews and workshops
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories
- Translate complex requirements into clear technical specifications
- Assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools using Excel/SQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment
- Support UAT testing and documentation of new system implementations
Qualifications
