Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed requirements documentation and process flows
- Create data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive dashboards
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and deliverables
- Implement QA testing protocols for new system integrations
- Present findings to cross-functional teams via compelling data narratives
- Maintain JIRA project boards and track KPIs weekly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with SaaS products
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel data modeling
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-PMP preferred
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Knowledge of healthcare or fintech industries a plus
