Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather and document detailed requirements using UML and BPMN
- Develop data models and KPI dashboards in SQL/Power BI
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings
- Create process flow diagrams and user stories
- Validate solutions through UAT testing
- Produce executive-ready reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools
- Agile/Scrum methodology certification preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with requirement management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
