Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Analyze complex business processes and data to identify inefficiencies, recommending solutions that drive operational excellence.
- Create detailed process maps, wireframes, and user stories using industry-standard tools like Visio and Jira.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Monitor project KPIs and report on progress to senior management, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all business requirements and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the full SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
