Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define system architecture and ensure deliverables meet business goals.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and proposed system solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, use cases, and UI mockups.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks, proposing mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or IT environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel to client sites in the Miami area as needed.
