Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications using UML diagrams and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements for new fintech products
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to identify process inefficiencies
- Develop and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and requirements traceability matrices
- Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure project alignment with business goals
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Manage Jira tickets and sprint planning for business analysis deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CBA) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
