Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes using Jira and Confluence
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL and Tableau
- Lead UAT cycles and document test cases for CRM and ERP implementations
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through data-driven storytelling
- Maintain requirements traceability matrix throughout project lifecycles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM)
- Proven experience documenting complex requirements for enterprise systems
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce or SAP implementation projects
- Strong analytical problem-solving with attention to detail
