Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for 24/7 operations, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Coordinate across global teams across time zones during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for critical path activities
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through daily stand-ups and weekly reviews
- Monitor KPIs using Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project dashboards
- Mentor junior project team members while fostering a collaborative culture
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience with night shift or rotational schedule
- PMP or CPM certification required; Agile/Scrum certification preferred
- Proven track record managing complex tech projects with $1M+ budgets
- Expertise in risk management methodologies and contingency planning
- Exceptional communication skills across virtual teams and time zones
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Jira)
- Experience with offshore/onshore team coordination strategies
