Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 3 time zones during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Execute Agile/Scrum methodologies for enterprise software deployments
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation through closure using Jira and Microsoft Project
- Conduct risk mitigation planning and contingency execution during off-peak hours
- Facilitate stakeholder communications via encrypted channels for sensitive government projects
- Track KPIs and deliverables using real-time dashboards
- Mentor junior PMs during overnight rotations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience with 2+ years in night shift roles
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record managing federal contracting projects (FAR/DFARS knowledge)
- Expertise in cloud migration (AWS/Azure) and DevOps pipelines
- Exceptional crisis management skills during system outages
- Advanced proficiency in Asana, Confluence, and MS Project
- Ability to maintain 24/7 availability via encrypted communication channels
