Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct thorough gap analyses between current business processes and future system requirements.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process maps, and wireframes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure clear communication between technical teams and non-technical business units.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks or bottlenecks that may impact delivery timelines.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating solutions against business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in requirement gathering and process modeling (BPMN, UML).
