Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Analyze data trends to identify optimization opportunities and strategic insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and document requirements
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Maintain and prioritize product backlogs based on business impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology environments
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CSM) highly valued
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Experience with financial services or healthcare industries preferred
