Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Gather, document, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables
- Create detailed data models, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Develop test cases and validate system changes against business needs
- Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes and system configurations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
