Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Gather and document requirements using UML diagrams and user stories
- Create detailed financial models and performance dashboards
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop test cases and validate solution implementations
- Generate weekly progress reports with actionable insights
- Maintain documentation in JIRA and Confluence platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record in process optimization projects
