Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product, and Operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create comprehensive process maps, wireframes, and user stories using industry-standard tools.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to identify pain points and propose innovative solutions.
- Conduct gap analyses to evaluate current processes against industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data visualization tools.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to closure.
