Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and document processes
- Analyze data trends and metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and system specifications
- Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Develop test cases and validate system functionality against requirements
- Track project KPIs and deliver actionable insights
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence documentation for audit compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with portfolio of deliverables
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements into technical specs
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA preferred
- Strong experience in process modeling (BPMN/SWOT)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced contract environments
- Portfolio demonstrating requirement documentation and analysis artifacts
