Responsibilities
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables using JIRA and Asana
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and weekly sprint reviews with development teams
- Document project requirements, risks, and progress updates in Confluence
- Collaborate with clients to define scope and manage change requests
- Generate status reports for stakeholders using Microsoft Project
- Support budget tracking and vendor management processes
- Implement QA testing protocols and defect tracking workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years in project coordination, internship, or assistant role
- Fundamental knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles
- PMP/Prince2 certification preferred but not required
