Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify optimization opportunities
- Document requirements, specifications, and user stories using UML and BPMN
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Create data visualizations and KPI dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Validate solutions through UAT and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sprint planning and backlog grooming
- Generate comprehensive business cases with ROI projections
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years as Business Analyst with healthcare/finance industry experience
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and requirement gathering tools
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or AgileBA) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of documenting complex systems
- Tampa Bay residency required for in-person collaboration
