Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and document findings using BPMN and flowcharts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify process improvement opportunities
- Create detailed test plans and validate system changes against business requirements
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership
- Document requirements in clear, concise specifications for development teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with weekend shift or flexible schedule background
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or similar) preferred
- Proven track record of driving successful process improvements
