Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server networks, cloud infrastructure, and security systems during night shift hours
- Execute scheduled system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise applications and user issues
- Document system configurations, incidents, and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers and continuity
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Respond to critical incidents with SLA-driven resolution times
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT infrastructure support with night shift experience
- Expertise in AWS/Azure, virtualization (VMware), and network protocols
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) for automation
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Experience with enterprise monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
