Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and requirements using SQL, Excel, and JIRA
- Create detailed documentation including user stories, process flows, and wireframes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visual dashboards and reports
- Identify process improvements and implement data validation protocols
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Maintain stakeholder alignment through regular status updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in fintech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
