Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and designers, to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement, optimization, and digital transformation.
- Translate complex business needs into functional user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making and create clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert to guide project scope and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT or software industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Excel).
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements through interviews, document analysis, and observation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
