Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for microservices deployments
- Architect multi-region Kubernetes clusters with auto-scaling capabilities
- Implement robust monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
- Conduct disaster recovery planning and high-availability architecture reviews
- Mentor junior engineers and drive infrastructure best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud infrastructure with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in AWS/GCP services (EC2, S3, Lambda, GCP Compute Engine)
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Kubernetes Administrator)
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
